Getting Started
We begin with a face-to-face meeting — be it in person or video conference call. We will discuss your needs, real estate goals, reason that you are considering an evaluation, and the ways in which our team can help maximize your equity in the short and long term.
Analyzing Your Property And Its Potential
Once we establish your goals, we will review your property financials, tour the asset if possible, provide recent rent and sale comparables and create a detailed evaluation to support our proposed pricing in the current market.
Reviewing The Property
We will review our analysis of the property with you, recommend ways to increase the property’s value (if needed) prior to a sale, clearly explain our marketing process and what you can expect when working with our team. We will also provide alternative investment strategies to help determine if selling is the best decision for you.
Preparing For Launch
Once we get the green light, we enlist professional photographers to capture the property and prepare a customized marketing package. The detailed offering memorandum will include an overview and investment highlights, sales and rent comparables, on-market comparables, and full financial analysis.
Marketing Campaign
