Patricia Escobar is the team transaction coordinator ensuring we have a smooth escrow process by coordinating with escrow, title officers and principals to gather and execute required documents and provide due diligence materials.

Jeffrey Estrada

Associate Director

Jeffrey Estrada is a Los Angeles multifamily investment advisor with extensive experience guiding clients through complex transactions, including individual and portfolio sales, legacy asset dispositions, distressed workouts, and 1031 exchanges into alternative product types and out-of-state markets.

He has represented a wide range of clients – from private clients, family offices and syndicators to city-appointed representatives and institutional ownership – with a focus on maximizing execution certainty, minimizing liability exposure, and delivering strategic outcomes in today’s highly regulated and rapidly evolving Los Angeles market.

His work spans value-add, stabilized, and development-stage assets, and includes experience across rent-controlled and non-RSO inventory, as well as assets affected by bankruptcy, litigation, delinquent tenants, uninsurable buildings, and non-performing debt. Known for his analytical rigor and hands-on transaction management, Jeffrey has been directly involved in the sale of hundreds of millions in multifamily real estate across Core L.A.
