What Does Measure GS Do
- The residents of the City Of Santa Monica have approved a new measure to enacted a third tier to its real estate transfer tax structure
- Measure GS is a one-time tax on property sales over $8 million
- The measure will impose a 5.6% tax on real property sales or transfers valued at $8,000,000 or more
