Elijah is the Director of Operations for The Neema Group, where he oversees transaction management, underwriting, marketing, and client communications, giving him a direct hand in every stage of the team’s listings from initial valuation through close.
Since joining the team in 2023, Elijah has underwritten and analyzed more than $1 billion in real estate across multifamily, retail, land, and mixed use assets.
He leads the team’s valuations, advisory services, and 1031 exchange processes, and assists in coordinating escrow, due diligence, and negotiations among principals, cooperating brokers, and lenders.
Before joining the team, Elijah worked in brokerage at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment sales across West Los Angeles, and was named Los Angeles Rookie of the Year in his first year at the firm. Elijah is a perfect fit for the Neema Group as he values the culture, and enjoys the fast-paced nature of the work we do.
Prior to starting his real estate career, Elijah earned a degree in Business Management from Indiana University, along with an Honors Certificate in Operations and Analytics from the Kelley School of Business. Elijah is a California native, having grown up in The Valley, and has a deep understanding of the area’s real estate market from multiple perspectives.

Outside of Real Estate
Elijah enjoys exploring the beautiful California outdoors, taking advantage of the excellent hiking and camping amenities available here, and he’s also skilled at videography and media production.
