Jeffrey Estrada is a Los Angeles multifamily investment advisor with extensive experience guiding clients through complex transactions. Owners come to him for different reasons; some are ready to step back after decades of ownership, while some are heirs deciding what to do with a building they never planned to own. Others are investors exiting a stabilized asset or consolidating a portfolio. And some are dealing with a building that’s become a problem: litigation, deferred maintenance, insurance trouble, or tenants far behind on rent.

Whatever the situation, Jeffrey gives owners a clear read on what their building is worth and what each option means for them. For heirs and trusts, he works alongside the family’s CPA and attorney on stepped-up basis and the decision to hold, refinance, or sell.

Since 2021 Jeffrey he has closed more than $100 million in transactions, including the $43.3 million Roman Portfolio and the $25.25 million Harper Management Portfolio.

He has represented a wide range of clients, from private clients, family offices and syndicators to city-appointed representatives and institutional ownership, with a focus on maximizing execution certainty, minimizing liability exposure, and delivering strategic outcomes in today’s highly-regulated and rapidly evolving Los Angeles market.

His work spans value-add, stabilized, and development-stage assets, and includes experience across rent-controlled and non-RSO inventory, as well as assets affected by bankruptcy, litigation, delinquent tenants, uninsurable buildings, and non-performing debt.

Known for his analytical rigor, thoughtful counsel, meticulous attention to detail, ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence, and hands-on transaction management, Jeffrey operates with clarity, and a client-first mindset, and has been directly involved in the sale of hundreds of millions in multifamily real estate deals across Core LA.
