Patricia “Paty” Escobar is the Certified Transaction Coordinator for The Neema Group. She manages the administrative side of every transaction from contract to close. She has been with the team for almost six years and oversees transaction documents, deadlines and file management. She also coordinates with escrow, title, lenders and clients to keep each deal on schedule.
Paty has worked in real estate since 1996 and has coordinated thousands of sales and rental transactions over her career. Escrow and title partners value her careful document review and the way she keeps every file thorough, accurate and well organized, from the opening contract to the closing package. She adapts easily when timelines shift or deals take an unexpected turn, so every transaction keeps moving toward a smooth close.
Paty holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from California State University, Northridge, where she was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society. She is a licensed California real estate agent and is fluent in Spanish.
